The Order Process
Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to keep you up to date with your order as its processed within our system. Typically any order that has confirmed payment at midday will be processed that day.
Payment Methods
- Direct deposit: this allows you to pay money directly into our account, either online, or at any ANZ bank branch. If your deposit is made by 5pm, we can confirm funds the next business day and process your order. An exception to this is any deposit made after 5pm Friday will not appear into our bank account until Tuesday morning.
- Credit Card: we accept payment via either MasterCard or VISA. Sorry we cannot accept either AMEX or DC. These funds are usually available same day which can speed up processing, but require signature delivery, either registered post or Australian Air Express courier.
- Cash on Pick-Up: you are welcome to place an order online for pick-up in our store. We are always happy to meet our customers and offer personalised service.
Shipping Methods
Goods are shipped at the customer's are risk, please select an insured service if required.
- Auspost parcel service: good for bulky orders and small non-urgent ones.
- Auspost express service: good for small, urgent orders, next day to a limited number of postcodes per state capital.
- Aus Air Express: a non-guaranteed next-day service. Very good for fishing rods and any other urgent order. This service requires an attended daytime address, do not select this if you may be in and out as there may be redelivery charges.
